How to looksmaxx really by natural ways? What to do other than the gym and diet?

i started gym 3 months ago, and im 15y and 9 months 64 kg and 173.5 cm /5’8 i think for american people , what to do for looksmaxxing in natural ways other than gym and diet? Like maybe by raising my hyoid but how doing that? What are the time of the results?
 
diet is most important part obv, what do you eat?
 
well I dont eat goyslop from very much time , like a year, basically i eat 1 litre of milk (pasteurised at 75 degrees celsius for 15 seconds ) no raw milk because near me there isnt a single Farm, and 300 grams a day of red meat and i eat pasta with some protein wich could be like 100 grams of pecorino romano , or 300 grams of ragù salsiccia, it can be that sometimes i eat salmon or tuna or chicken meat replacing the red meat. Well my first goal for now is phisique, but I want to put in first places skin and bloating too. If yall know how to fix my diet let me know , i will post my phisique with no frauding there, consider ive been training for 3 months
