What procedure/procedures should i get?

Problems that need fixing: right ramus is shorter than left ramus so i want to balance them but also elongate the both of them. I want my mandible more prominent. I want my chin to be wider and lower with a little increased projection.

I have no problem with my bite

Been considering either a custom wrap around implant or separate custom jaw and chin implants. Hopefully someone can help me decide or suggest something else. I won’t post myself on here so don’t ask for images.

Jaw angle implants for ramus

By mandible more prominent do you mean the appearance of a sharper 'jawline'? or just a longer mandible

and for chin also implants lol, genio has a hard time fixing width.

I want my whole mandible brought lower for a bigger lower third.
