What procedures can be used to turn into this?

Basicly my jaw is similar in shape and width and gonial angle to the first guy. I feel like the jaw is way too boxy like a Minecraft character.

What procedures csn I do to fix the gonial angle and decrease the ramus length or anything to make the face less boxy. Id preferably try to achieve a jaw like Robert Pattinson so what should I do?

Robert has a wide jaw but I’m confused why mine looks so different. I don’t think fat is the only issue but rather a bone issue is.
