What procedures for my acne scars?

I've seen three dermatologists and they're all trying to sell me their snake oil.
The first says RF microneedling 3-5 sessions will be good.
The second says I should do laser. I think she has CO2, erbium or full ablative.
The third (who looks like a vampire jfl) says a few sessions of mechanical dermabrasions will help a lot.

Nobody does subcision where I live.

The main issue with subcision is that no one does it. Why laser over the rest of the procedures? According to studies on PubMed (which might be biased) RFMN is equally effective with less downtime.

Agreed with tretinoin though.
