His mandible is clearly longer and his chin more projected than before, that's too significant to be simply due to lighting/mewing tbh.

You can easily tell by how his soft tissues looks like in the before that he didn't have that bonemass to begin with, you could tell the difference even if he was a bit higher bf.
And that's not like he was very high bf before his "ascension".
