What procedures help fix recessed midface?

midface fillers. Imo a recessed maxilla isnt bad if u got a good lower jaw and good infras, u can get infra implants and make the lower third look more projected

the thing im worried about tho is that I have a good bite and a projected lefort 1 region, my lefort 2 areas is the issue, it is very set back. Is this somethign midface filler can fix. I have a good lower jaw, and shit infras but Im plannign already to get implants for those

depends, i reckon lefort or bimax. zygo and malar implants can help if there are specific features. though im stupid so probably use the search bar
