What procedures should I get before trimax? 19yo

About to start saving for Trimax, which'll be 2 or so yrs away so I was wondering what I can get done before then so i won't look subhuman in the meantime

my concern is that trimax will interfere with stuff like implants

In my case I was thinking ptosis repair + infra/supra fat grafts and HA chin fillers, I'd consider cantho and lower lid retraction but I've heard they quickly regress if bone support is insufficient

plz ignore awful skin and facial hair I'm getting on accutane in like a week and recently started taking minox

If you really gonna do a trimax, that should be your primary surgery then you can see what else you need, (BTW, canthoplasty)

> trim the lateral eyebrows ; they shouldn't be thicker than the medial part ; moreover their current shape contributes to the droopy appearance of your eye area.
> you will probably need some sort of skin smoothening treatment post-accutane ; tazarotene, microneedling, chemical peeling, C02 laser, etc.

Hardmaxxes :
> lip lift ; your upper lip is too thin proportionately to your lower lip, and your philtrum is rather long, which brings out your short chin even more
> lip corner lift (to be confirmed)
> rhinoplasty ; most likely a tip plasty to rotate your nose tip downwards and to fine tune its shape ; would need a side profile pic for a more complete assessment ; you seem to have a button nose that might benefit from some grafting.
> oculoplastics ; yeah, you'll definitely need several procedures to fix your eye area. Including a canthoplasty and LLR. Get in touch with an oculoplastic surgeon who will provide the referral for a scan. It will allow him to see if any structural deficiency might affect the support needed by some of these procedures.
> fat removal around the cheeks and jawline, if leaning out and a body recomp don't achieve a good enough result in these parts of your face
> it seems that your temporal peaks are set too far back (to be confirmed) ; depending on your hairline and other factors, a transplant might be a suitable treatment to bring them forward, thus improving your facial frame.

I'm like 16% BF and slightly underweight but virtually no muscle mass

which of these surgeries do u think are fine to get pre-Trimax and have the highest roi?

this is my side profile for reference, my chin to philtrum is subhuman when clean shaven like 1.4 or smth

Oculoplastics, most definitely.
Wait until you're done with the trimax to proceed with a lip lift and maybe a rhino. LeFort 1 could alter lip support/show and nasal projection.
Your nose is actually not that bad from the side.

Would it be ok to get HA filler in my chin then dissolve it before surgery?
And
Do you believe Cantho and LLR won't regress if I don't get improved infra support any time soon? Is my vector not that bad?

think so I had a severe overbite that got fixed with elastics and my nose breathing isn't great

my jaw is brutally recessed u can't tell that much cuz of beard

midface also seems fairly flat
