What procedures whould I get?

Hello, I've been in the community for years, and I decided to take action.
I have difficulty to breathe since I was young, my nose is crooked, I have a narrow palate, crooked teeth and a severe overbite, also my tongue doesn't have space on my palate.
I was thinking on talking to an ortho and get a professional opinion, but I know that a lot of times they only recommend braces and doesn't care for aesthetics or funcionality, so what is your opinion?, should I get a MARPE and then brackets?, lefort 1?, rinhoplasty?.
Please share your thoughts (and don't worry, I'll go to the doctor before doing anything lol)
