Let me go in more depth on why i dont recommend lower eyelid retraction at rahattan clinic.

they dont give bridge of bone canthopexy, while it last forever as opposed to 5-20 years for standard. and has best roi.

he doesnt wanna do bridge of bone/ drill hole

He just wanted to use the stutures, without securing into orbital bone.

Can i do fat grafts first and then lower eyelid retraction or is that bad @typeshit11106

no idea i’ve heard some surgeons don’t like to perform infra implants after fat grafting is done so not sure if the same goes for lower eyelid retraction. i’ve also seen others say surgeons don’t mind so ig it j depends on where u go. shitty thing is i’m having a hard time finding someone good that’ll do both in one procedure but isn’t hella expensive.

I'm using tropical. Oral gives more side effects but works better. I've heard from somebody on the forum that oral causes bloating, not sure tho
