What procedures would you recommend for me? What’s nerfing me? I hate my long face and nose, also look asymmetrical asf

Tired of having a weird looking face and never leaving the house due to how I look so I’m saving to get work done, just not sure what would yield the greatest benefit.

Thanks man, probably the most helpful advice I’ve ever received. And it seems to be fairly realistic and doable. IRL my upper eyelids are much less exposed than what is portrayed from front cam due to natural brow tension, my issue seems to mostly be a lack of volume near teartrough/undereyes. I don’t wanna seem like I’m nitpicking advice, but bad lips and undereye area are def my biggest concern. Also, would lip filler without alar/tip plasty be more ideal than filler + plasty? I might be overthinking but I feel the morph gives me a faggy, pouty look with both reduced nose width AND lip fullness, if this makes any sense. I could totally be wrong though so feel free to correct me.

If i had longer, darker lashes/brows and didn’t have a lopsided face then maybe. Still getting mogged to oblivion and back

good base brotha main flaw that sticks out to me is your eye symmetry I think some fat grafting and canthoplasty would ascend you a lot other then that I'd just softmaxx darken your hair and eyebrows start oral minoxidil and latisse, I'm assuming your on gear to so I'd start dut if you haven't already, loose perms mog aswell I have the same hair type as you I plan on doing that soon, your mouth width is also a bit narrow and your lips are thin a lip lift and commissuroplasty would be good but I think fixing the eye area should be your priority for now, but looking good man good luck
