primarily meat, try not to each toomuch sugar and carbs as that will cause acne and bloating, your carb sources should be loaded with micronutrients, like sweet potatoes

What other carb sources would be good and what could help with my bloating and face and do you know any ways besides surgery that I could like make a chin a bit wider

idk i eat a lot of white rice which is pretty much just empty carbs which isn’t great for bloating take potassium and be mindful of your sodium intake. For widening ur chin im a little stumped but lose a bit of fat and see where it gets you

I feel like losing fat would do the opposite
