Lift very heavy things for 5-6 repetitions and up to 3-5 sets.
Eat 160-200g protein daily.

After a week or two, gradually add 10lbs or 5kg to whatever heavy thing you are lifting, and repeat.

Rest for a day.
Do the same thing over and over until your body composition changes.

There is no rocket science involved. You don't need elaborate machines or certain dumbbell/barbell movements.
The problem is 99% of society doesn't have the willpower to drag their ass to the gym in the first place.

You don't need a program. You need willpower to eat properly and get your ass to the gym.
Then mental and physical endurance to work your muscles to failure.

Linear progression for 3 to 9 months depending on genetics. you can literally buy 1 book and never have to ask questions on lifting for the first 7 years i used
