My curren psl is like 4-4.5 but I'm aiming to softmax to a 5.5 and eventually a 6.

Can't really quantify it for myself. Off of how much action I was seeing when I was leaner, probably about 5 PSL but I acknowledge my failo's pretty openly and am looking to fix them. Going to leanmaxx heavily until I get MSE to see where I stand before Trimax.

With very pessimistic rating, imo, 4.5 to 5 at very best rn, and prime a solid 5.
Aiming to get to 5.25- 5.5 - ideally i know i'll be most likely closer to 5.25 - with surgeries. And that's already a lot. People do really overate what reality show to us.

3.5, if I would fix my nose and eye area ( eyebrows and uee ) I could go to 4. After that I have to rely solely on implants ( because I'm not recessed enough for surgery or dist osteogenesis ), which tbh I'm not sure I would ever get, but thus I may get to 5 psl.
