Just thought I'd share my experience and say I think muscles are underrated tbh. You need the good face absolutely. But if you are very jacked with a good face and a girl has a thing for muscles? Well suddenly you're someone attainable that she finds super hot. Same was as personally, I find a 6/10 with big tits and ass while not fat way way hotter than a skinny 9/10, PLUS know she's likely a nicer person who won't constantly be able to get *any guy* she wants if we're dating and hence feel way too superior/like she can trade up (girls aren't all like this but you don't want a girl to think she can do better than you, that's for sure. So, since my thing is curves, you bet your ass I'll go for the curvy 7/10 and put a ring on it and be way way happier and find her hotter than a flat 10/10. At 29 I now do it via: 60mins stationary bike at lunch (wfh) plus every 30 mins of work do 3 quick sets of weights in 5 mins (one hard 2 accessory sets). Over an 8hour day that gets me 42 sets. I.e. fuckloads of weights volume. And just via normal pomodoro work style that keeps me energised.


My 2 cents; got a long way to come back but.my method for anyone curious:

Cycle and weights as above to get fit, recomp and build muscle/lose fat. Cycle outside to tan again. Fillers etc as I never did, am now 29 vs 22 so should actually have a better face than before as always been chubby faced. Hair is okay but definitely suffered and being maintained with minox and fin. Hair transplant because it will make it better than it was even at 22.

Overall I hope to get to a genuine 8.5 in face and more like 100kg lean this time over about a year. Why? Because I'll be doing therapy too and seriously have to rebuild everything in my life. That'll be way easier when hot. Then? At 30 I'm looking for a wife. I'm a great boyfriend, that I know. Im also great in bed (ego at the door and turn on is partner cumming so...). I'm financially doing well and have a good future plan in a job i love. So my problem? Life decimated me and I have lost my looks, health, happiness and confidence. So build them back. Logic doesnt make sense, that would mean around 40 in 92 are LTN and below, which in turn would lead to an average that is below MTN.

If we are trying to follow and standard distribution it would be around 68% MTN. But I dont think a standard distribution fits how looks are rated, a right skewed distribution probably fits better, and also fits your description where the average would be lmtn.

I have wavy curly hair too lol, but its a bit frizzy i don't have definition, i normally go for a modern mullet or a blowout low burst fade, i used to have a low taper but my occiput is too flat so having volume at the back of my skull saves me

Not there atm, had a rough time and here to start rebuilding so NOT a brag my god lol.

But.

At my peak I was 6"2, 95kg lean and face wise got compliments out of the blue from girls, girls coming over to chat to our group in clubs and most memorably a couple of girls coming up to me outside a club when I was just in cycling gear unlocking my bike after a late worknight and saying 'We just wanted to say you're really handsome' and walked off. That memory I remember particularly because it was just so wholesome and nice and they clearly didn't want anything other than to make my day. Right now? My life got fucked up completely and I'm rebuilding. Gonna take me a year but I'll get there.

I was probably a 5-6/10 until 22 when I broke up with 5yr gf and got ears Pinned back, a tan, particularly lean, good haircut, good long stubble beard and particularly jacked. So face was still nothing special, probably a 7-7.5? But body being 6"2 and very noticably muscular (95kg lean at that height is very big-- bmi 26.8 at 10% bodyfat -- nowhere near that now).

So body and presence would get me noticed so I would assume to girls into muscles I'd be an 8-9/10, given optimised but not at all model tier face but height+muscle very much unusual (think hemsworth thor 4 but a tad, not much, smaller).

Never ever got approached pre then. Never get approached when not at that optimal level. Only happened then. At that time it happened *a lot*. Girls repeatedly in clubs would basically make it very obvious what they wanted, to the point even particularly hot ones twice just looked at me as they walked past stroking their hand along my chest. Feel free to call bs, I have no reason to lie. I'm here to get back there after life kicked me into the dirt (hospital for months, lost both parents etc in one year kind of dirt) and gonna need therapy, 20kg muscle, 15kg fat loss, a hair transplant, probably some facial fillers etc to get back to where I was/surpass it and not to mention rebuilding personality and confidence.

Just thought I'd share my experience and say I think muscles are underrated tbh. You need the good face absolutely. But if you are very jacked with a good face and a girl has a thing for muscles? Well suddenly you're someone attainable that she finds super hot. Same was as personally, I find a 6/10 with big tits and ass while not fat way way hotter than a skinny 9/10, PLUS know she's likely a nicer person who won't constantly be able to get *any guy* she wants if we're dating and hence feel way too superior/like she can trade up (girls aren't all like this but you don't want a girl to think she can do better than you, that's for sure. So, since my thing is curves, you bet your ass I'll go for the curvy 7/10 and put a ring on it and be way way happier and find her hotter than a flat 10/10. Same goes for girls; 3/10 nah is the answer. But get to 7/10, which most guys can via diet and surgery to fix any genuine problems (like my ears or people with recessed jaws), a tan, good haircut and complimentary stubble, then *especially* if you're tall getting jacked absolutely catapults you into the 9-10/10 zone for plenty of girls, as there's as few lean jacked hot guys 7/10 as there are 9/10 guys (seriously look around, 1/100 guys are that in shape and it's *not* that hard. At 29 I now do it via: 60mins stationary bike at lunch (wfh) plus every 30 mins of work do 3 quick sets of weights in 5 mins (one hard 2 accessory sets). Over an 8hour day that gets me 42 sets. I.e. fuckloads of weights volume. And just via normal pomodoro work style that keeps me energised.


My 2 cents; got a long way to come back but.my method for anyone curious:

Cycle and weights as above to get fit, recomp and build muscle/lose fat. Cycle outside to tan again. Fillers etc as I never did, am now 29 vs 22 so should actually have a better face than before as always been chubby faced. Hair is okay but definitely suffered and being maintained with minox and fin. Hair transplant because it will make it better than it was even at 22.

Overall I hope to get to a genuine 8.5 in face and more like 100kg lean this time over about a year. Why? Because I'll be doing therapy too and seriously have to rebuild everything in my life. That'll be way easier when hot. Then? At 30 I'm looking for a wife. I'm a great boyfriend, that I know. Im also great in bed (ego at the door and turn on is partner cumming so...). I'm financially doing well and have a good future plan in a job i love. So my problem? Life decimated me and I have lost my looks, health, happiness and confidence. So build them back. Then when I find my wife, I know I'll be able to get her. Because FUCK finding her and it being unreciprocated.

And for the record, while I am genuinely quite good on dates and safe/comfy to be around and make it clear, truthfully, a) dgaf when we sleep together, b) wont sleep with someone if I don't want a 2nd date, c) respect your boundaries but gonna try my hardest to make you suffer if you choose to end the date at say 11pm instead of it continuing by doing my best to turn them on with a kiss;

I have been rejected plenty at the end.with the 'no spark' etc, not claiming otherwise. But. Over about 100 first dates i think I have slept with the girls on about half. And my claims above are always true, though in 3 cases i was used and they blanked me next day (girls do it too, cunts). That is to say, anyone here: looksmaxxing was the best thing I ever did for my career, lovelife and general treatment by people. And you don't have to be a manipulative dick to get sex; pretty sure I was invited back a *lot* of the time because it was so obvious I was genuine and didn't care one way or the other in terms of a 2nd date, but was certainly not shy about showing them my intentions (girls do want to be wanted after all). And every single time I had a 2nd date. Did it always go further? No. Because I've had 3 girlfriends and to me girlfriend is extremely serious; all lasted over a year. But of every girl I've ever dated I don't think a single one would have anything bad to say about me really; just be honest.

But be hot first. Girls don't go for cunts. They go for hot guys. And hot guys are often cunts because they can be. And girls will take it. And that's their flaw. But the amount of times I've been told I'm not at all what they expected and only swiped right because my bio was so detailed and showed I might not actually be an arrogant prick so took a chance is unbelievable. So please, if you do make it to hot, don't abuse it. I can tell you, as bad as many here will have found treatment by girls, hot guys are actually the worst group of all. Because while hot girls get the world on a platter, if they fall for someone they really do and girls take *way* too much shit and abuse because they're naturally more insecure, submissive and less highly desiring of respect than guys. Whereas any non-broken guy will kick a girl to the curb the *moment* she does something that properly disrespects them because that's what we, as guys, find the most insulting thing of all. Such as cheat, flirt with a friend, let a guy friend stay over without mentioning it, play any game designed to make us jealous by showing other guys want them etc. Or that's my rule anyway; I'm very forgiving for anything that doesn't involve testing me or other guys, as that kind of behavior sickens me personally and immediately tells me they actively wanted to upset me which is a red flag that, once put up, *cannot* be taken down.

My essay, my two cents. All true, all from a point of man I miss it and will get back there and *know* it's how I'll earn 3x more career wise anyway! (Tutor and.youtuber for 17-25y/o girls and guys for maths, stem and GMAT -- both sides view looks and competence as the same thing. Guys for gym advice, girls because obviously when picking a tutor a hot maths teacher is like the #1 roleplay fantasy for whatever reason so I'll happily stay the fuck away from any sick behavior from my students but use sex appeal/respect from guys to unfairly get business and be listened to intently. Plus been hired *so many times* by guys wanting me to take them to the gym too lol. At my level (youtube for free teaching and exposure, elite rich families only employ) having their sons etc be good friends via teaching well & mentoring and gymming with them (340kg deadlift at 100kg bw) I have ended up with about 10 good family friend contacts worth 100mill plus and 2 billoonaires. Looksmaxxing is worth it! Go all out. And tell nobody. Ever. Especially not girls. Not until it's in the past and is just a story of how you became who you are, not while it's who you're becoming. Society will never encourage it. But the average man in society today has a life barely worth living. So follow society's advice if you want that. Sure a Hair transplant will be helpful, even if not needed, but i reckon at 30 i can get to 8.5 from 7.5 with more chiselled face, filler to help, slightly more muscular and the confidence that comes from being doing an ai msc at the right time leading to my investment of 70k in 2022 turning me into a near millionaire now at 29 (£800k, millionaire in dollars. And to tell you all fuck society: get lean as fuck by getting fit, lifting and using retatrutide if you need to. Get muscular by learning how to lift and doing it for years (lean most important for face though). Surgery on facial defects will pay off 10x in salary alone. Fix your ears, nose, teeth and fucking hell fix your jaw. Get a tan; real or good fake if can't. Get fillers or whatever will help. Spend 30k and a full year focusing on all that. Go from 4/10 unfit and overweight to 7-8/10, fit, with more energy and confidence from how everyone treats you. And see what happens to you career wise. As a bloody maths tutor my looks work (7k on ears main thing, rest just learning and effort) SKYROCKETED my income in a year by about double. My youtube is just starting and exploding already, because I'm a fantastic tutor who's experienced and loves it, but.mainly because I'm a hot young maths teacher who gets thumbnail clicks and about 50% comments from girls lol (had to pause while ill, back to it in a few months but first main video is at 200k views and 3k subs from that alone).
