What quick meals do you guys make for better health?

I eat like absolute shit and am wondering what a typical day eating looks like for you all to improve health/looks.

I’m trying to eat better currently but normally dont have the time to be cooking breakfast lunch and dinner so what are quick easy meals to make or good things to meal prep?
 
Boiled eggs are probably the easiest and healthiest thing you could possibly eat, at least in my experience. Get a pot, throw some eggs and water, put on the stove and forget. Rice is pretty easy to prepare as well. Ground beef isn't difficult either. You can prep burritos for a week

season chicken and rice or potatoes, get some carrots and other veggies u want and meal perp that.

me personally i do

chicken breast cut up into slices
season with:
Salt
Pepper
Five spice
paprika if u want it
Oregano (put into pan after chicken i mostly cooked)
and i drop garlic into the pan too

oil to cook it and then butter added on later

i add boiled carrots and brocolli

and a banana or two in ur lunchbox cuz they taste good

Fried or scrambled mog and are easier to digest.
