I LOVE CRACKING MY BACK
tho sometimes i do it incorrectly and herniated a disc one time
I like to lay on my back and twist my hips whilst keeping my upper back agAINST THE floor and CRUUUUUUUUNCH, sometimes i lean back into a chair with my scapula bones resting on the top of the chair and its so good and i feel like a noodle afterwards
