Broccoli seed oil is amazing. Filled with omega 3s and 9s. Plus it’s very high in vitamin K and A which have improved my skin dramatically. Super high in antioxidants too.

I only apply very little topically. But most of the times I cook with it or consume raw.

Hasn’t made me break out but then again I have dry skin. Wouldn’t be the best idea to apply topically of you have oily skin.
