Pretty hard... Most obvious answer is predominantly European, but he is more then likely mixed with native american (melanesian group). Many mixed native american and European can pass for fully European, ask Tommy morrison.

Sort've, when I first saw the picture I thought yes, but when I looked closer there's definitely some other influence. Likely native American. However, southern Europeans, or Arabic mideterrainian can produce similar features, along with other ethnic Europeans like maldovans or something.

But my guess would be 75% standard anglo/germanic/Celtic European and 25% Native American. He could be anything though, very ambiguous mix.

And to give you an idea of how ambiguous he is, here is a native Brazilian from the "Pataxó" tribe of eastern Brazil:

He could maybe pass for an ethnic European, or even Arabic under certain conditions and depending on how he dresses / carries himself.
