I only asked one after surgery, and it was soon after surgery.

Before surgery i got rated 6/10 and they said i was cute but not that hot

After surgery i got rated 8/10 and she said i had good features. Yes the girl litteraly said, you got good features.

I still got blocked more after surgery then before. I have only tried when being 20-25 body fat, so might try again when i cut down and hopefully get rhino.

Also on this site 8/10 is like 5/10. And thats probably what i would rate myself. But among normiers below 7 is below average and 8 is right above average

Needed it before, but bimax made it a bit worse from front as its pushes the nose forward and makes it slightly more wide. Also the assymetry correction made the septum a bit deviated

The width increase will be a problem for me, as my alar base is already a bit wider than my ICD. It’s interesting that it deviated your septum, I think mine is already a bit deviated so I’ll need to check my scans and see if the sideways maxilla movement will make this better or worse…

Yea i mean ideally you have a surgeon that makes do a septoplasty at the same time, but yea some gets it better and some worse also depends if impaction is needed. If not then almost no risk

Well I don’t think he was botched, I’m sure Ramieri did a good job, he even said there is no reason for a revision after the infras, it’s just people on these forums expect surgery to be this magic pill that they can just swallow that all of a sudden will fix all their problems and they will become Chad, which is never the case, like truecel said “I still need rhino” you are always going to find something wrong, and your body dismorphia often gets worse, and because he is dissatsisfied with his result he is all nihilistic, about it which isn’t bad, you shouldn’t have too high expectations, but it’s because he had high expectations but was disappointed which is why is dissatisfied. ofcourse there Is a high chance I am wrong, but truecel is always like, don’t do x surgery it’s not worth it yadada, its not because its a bad surgery but the results will be underwhelming, which is something you have to accept when doing surgery, it won’t ascend you high, the way I see surgery is a way of fixing flailos not necessarily ascending you, and that can ofcourse be underwhelming, and the surgeries that try to give good features are also underwhelming and often uncanny because it’s hard to imitate
