You're blond so naturally your eyebrows visibility is inexistent, that's a really significant deductor for your eye area.

I would suggest you tint them black, but to be honest it might fuck up the colour harmony with your hair, unless you also tint them black, so I don't really know.
I'm dirty blonde myself, but my eyebrows are pretty dark, so I don't have to do anything to them really.
You could use a derma stamp and topical Minoxidil on your eyebrows (I insist on topical, you could use oral Minoxidil but it can trigger hair growth in unwanted areas or undesired amounts)

Your infraorbitals are recessed, it's also a big deductor for your eye area. You can see it, it's very visible on the image below:

I can't really give you any solution to that, you're 15 so it might get better with proper nutrition and habits, if not, volufiline could help slightly but it's only palliative. A permanent option would be implants but you can't do that as of now.

Your hairline is good thankfully (1 on the Norwood scale), pay attention to it, if you've noticed your hairline receding recently, I would be surprised at 15, but it's possible, especially if your family is prone to balding.

Ight thank you boss both my uncles and grandpa are bald and they went bald at like 40 and my bad i miss read ur response i have no objects to make it so there even with my eyes and i have to do it in ny bathroom so my brothers dont bully me
