What rating do you think a guy needs to be considered a 10/10 without height, status, money or any other halos in your country?

I live in Ireland and since the standards here are diabolically low most the guys who I see girls go crazy after are just MTNs with height so I’d say HMTN is probably the threshold to be considered extremely hot over here without any extra halos, what would you say is the case in your country?
