The underating greycel:
Add 0.66 points
Weak mtn=strong mtn
Htn=weak chadlite

Any other user take away 0.33 points from the average of all of your rates like if you got a strong mtn as your average rate you are a mtn

If you live in scandinavia take away 0.66 points away from your rate htn=strong mtn
