It's not a failo until below 0.9 imo. Ofc depends on your other features. In extreme cases might even look worse with a "good" ratio.

Harmony is key.

At the end of the day i think i can still be human with 0.9 in the future.

Besides that, i didnt fully exclusively mean angle and head tilt, ofcourse i obviously understand what you mean but from far away even if eyebrows are aligned with ears theres some pics i look normal midface. Can i pm you pics?

Does it really? Ive been chewing for 2 years on and off but im not too sure if it increased even slightly, current age 22.
