yeah theres tons of stuff that you can do but most important are nose breathing & orthodontics. you can look it up too, theres many forums on here abt maxilla/forward growth

the bad thing is i already have braces and im getting them off pretty soon? i tried to mention my recessed mandible as well and he said it wasn’t recessed so idk what hes talking about.

yikes. i face a similar issue with my orthodontist by mentioning palate widening (like expanders/MARPE) improving your airways and they said "it doesn't do anything at all" and that "i saw that on tiktok too"

anyhoo you kinda just gotta focus on CCW rotation but theres no like concrete guide for each person you just have to research different methods and figure out which one you aren't doing, like for me it was sleeping on my back/mouthbreathing at night.
