Its because i tried so long i had like a cheatmeal every few days thats what kept me in the cycle and i didnt feel any urgency to get lean so i jus kept having cheat meals. Even to the point where im not even hungry or craving but when that 4th day rolls around i go ham and eat alot of chocolate and whatnot. My brain couldnt handle me getting lean i think or accepting me in a calorie defecit but now that theres urgency i have no problem really with hunger.
