I also got severely delayed teeth (mainly molars) that are beyond repair, didnt treat cavities early enough and drug use didnt help either.

If I want to get jaw surgery, I have to wear some accessory like braces to prepare for it, how do I do this with my current situation? if I extract the teeth then the braces will try fill in the gap i think.
