For starters, "ethnic eye area" and "white eye area" sounds incredibly retarded, I just lost a couple of brain cells reading it. But, generally, non-whites (such as brown people) have bushier eyebrows than white people do. At the same time, some non-whites have hooded eyes more often (such as Moroccans and Turks) than white people do. White people usually have colored eyes as well (most commonly blue, and seldom green or grey).
