i looked at some other photos under eye fat graft aswell I would focus on one of the surgerys first before doing anything more

not to overly glaze you but your jaw from the 3/4 profile looks good. i am using HIFU to try and achieve a similar look.

Since you are a gym goer, i would say just to remember lean = law, so avoid bulking more than 100 calories surplus. (if possible)

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. It basically is a device that uses ultrasound to literally melt your fat out of the area it is directed at. I had it done at a clinic (she gave me a discount, othwerwise its expensive)

i think they use a different machine for hifu than ultrasonic caviation, whoch i think is what you may be thinking of?

but also when it copmes to this stuuff, i porefer to do it proffessioanlly, the first time at least. it only needs doing once every 9 months anyway

HIFU is primarily a skin tightening treatment whereas ultrasonic cavitation is for fat burning purposes

yeh i think hifu does both tbh. ill consider getting a USC machine at some point, but tbh i am also getting filler done, so don't think they;ll work together

for now, i have done the hifu, in a few weeks ill get filler. the hifu should be enough i hope. guess ill see.

yeh so if it needs to be done reguarly then it would defo interfere with me getting fillers.
