What shoes work in the gym and also add height?

I need to height mog as much as possible in the gym these Nike trainers ain’t cutting it. I’d go in air forces but I can’t do cardio properly with them

I just hang in a bar for around 30s and start with 1 set of low weights on whatever muscle i'm working that day
