Like genuinely, ive been thinking a lot for now and I've realized that there's no hope. If there's one thing left that it is to rope but it can't be the only thing right. And rotting all day with no motivation nor discipline ain't making it better either. Deadass what're some serious tips

Looks have a big part in your QOL but it’s not everything
Internally you still have desires and you can live a fulfilling life despite how you look
Motivation and discipline don’t just come out of nowhere you have to make the conscious choice to go get it
Find a hobby and speak to people don’t waste your life, you only get one and you’ll one day be old and wonder why you spent all your life too bothered about how you look to even try to have a bit of fun
Find things you love and do them even if it’s uncomfortable at first
Being sociable is learned and you just have to do the hard thing and get yourself out there but one day you’ll thank yourself for making the hard choice
Try to think about the choices you make each day and the person you’d want to be in 10 years, how you’d want your life to be and start living in a way that’ll give that life to you
It’s not going to be easy but at the end of the day it’s all down to you
Good luck, don’t rope. The only thing that waits is nothingness for the rest of time.
