for know I am gym celling and skin care
when corona ends I will get mse which will expand my maxilla by 10mm and I will do a jaw surgery which will also expand it by 10mm.
after that want to look for a private orthodontist which will make me a facepuller which will give forward growth for maxilla(If I get lucky)
three years from now I would probably do bimax surgery and I would pretty much ascend(I already have a good base)
