genioplasty is a pretty simple surgery, just go to a random max fac clinic and make you sure you get proper planning and you'll pay less than half than that

Any OMFS who does Orthognathic surgery and Sleep Apnea MMA Surgery should be more than sufficiently experienced and equipped to do a Genioplasty, without the inflated price of big name aesthetic guys.
