What should be your ideal shoulder height with respect to your original height ?

By that I don't mean bideltoid.
BUT shoulder height ,
for example a 6ft guy , shoulder height is 4 ft 8. ( because of his long neck)
While other 6ft guy shoulder height is 5ft 2 (because of his short neck)

As too high of a shoulder height means short neck and peanut skull ,
Which is not ideal .

But if you are tall because of long neck and forehead then that is also pretty useless .
