What should false accusations charge be?

False accusations ruin lives and it happens more then often what should the true charge be cus women only get charged when full proof is given that the accusation is false

A guy can get 4-19 years in prison just because a women feels like it or has the slightest hate for them I think the sentence for a false accusation should be around the same

Just wanted some opinions
