basic dental hygiene
regenerist + (fights wrinkles + moisturizer)
hydrocortisone (nose/upper lips/buccal skin)
bonesmashing
eyebrow dye (if needed)
face sunscreen

supplements:
ashwaganda
zinc 60mg ( courtesy @takethezincpill)
other basic vitamins (vit c, boron, etc)

IM GOING TO GET MY BLOOD TESTED SOON, IF IM TEST DEFICIENT INSURANCE WILL COVER TRT

FYI - I cannot access anything that requires a prescription, i have extremely restricted purchases + my country dont want me ascending

i mean its just basic omega 3 just get one with 2:1 ratio and take like 4000mcg a day and if you dont fuck with fish or the taste just take it from seaweed
