What should I add to my skincare routine according to my needs?

I've been on retin-a for like a year now with cerave cleanser and moisturizer (and sunscreen),
I've also tried azelaic acid, vitamin c serum (the ordinary), multi peptide serum (the ordinary), niacinamide, but i didn't like those products much, so i've been thinking of trying one of those 2 products now:

I still get acne breakouts from time to time so I wonder what would be best in my case? The vitamin c or AHA+BHA or something else? I also wanna improve collagen more. Write down your recommendations
 
Or should I perhaps get this:

heard pretty good reviews about it but I think the AHA+BHA might be better
