• Zinc — 30mg daily

• Magnesium glycinate — 300-400mg before bed

i want to add maybe 1 or 2 more peptides to my stack. I mainly want tp grow taller adn grow facial bones, mainly jaw,

aromasin dose might be too much, dont crash your estrogen during puberty

Im on 12iu everyday from a chinese supplier right now and its pretty good but i havent gotten any blood tests or anything

just try and find a trusted source like qsc that has lab tests
