rn i am taking
vitamin d3+k2 in the morning
calcium and magnesium glycinate at night

what should i add to increase growth
i also take marine collagen peptides

Add omega 3, Astaxanthin, beta carotene, lycopene, Selen, zinc and copper and don't take calcium in the evening and take the vitamin d with lunch
Make sure to take your D3 with fats btw otherwise it doesn't get absorbed almost at all. You can add creatine to the mix it's the most effective thing for DHT naturally. People here will tell you DHT is bs tho so that's your own choice.

First recommendation is good but the second is false bc creatine does many things but it doesn't raise dht I any way the study was false🤣
