I daily take d3+k2,protein(whey),creatine(monohydrate),beta alanine,Zinc,Magnesium, need I add smth else like Calcium,Potassium,Ashwaganda etc.

get bloodwork done and supplement vitamins and minerals ur defficient in,thats the best way. U can take d3,calcium but the truth is if ur not deficient in it ur wasting ur money and to see if ur deficient in it is to get bloodwork done

Creatine and alanine are ass dont use them, even aswaganda has higher roi
 
i second ashwaganda propaganda, shit is the bomb
