What do i need to ask for to fix my recessed maxilla and mandible? Do i larp having trouble breathing for a marpe?

I mean orthodontics wont give you the results your looking for but marpe/braces (dependent on your bite) will help a lot.

Main benfit of marpe for you would be the lip width gains.

To fix recesions you could use PEDs, but i would go for surgeries instead.

Face is likely more narrow then portrayed in pics (camera distortion)

You can control how much mm of expansion too, a couple mm wont make him look like a minecraft block - also got to regard he isnt lean.

zygos also widen with marpe so i think he will be all good as long as he doesnt over do it

Yeah no, camera looks fairly spaced out from the space

His ipd and icd look fairly cooked, so marpe will give him negative roi

There's also the problem of getting marpe, since a dentist likely won't give it to him, judging of his looks

There's also the problem of getting marpe, since a dentist likely won't give it to him, judging of his looks

Hess not the most ideal candidate but we don't know what his bite looks like, and we cant judge of horizontal maxilla development in this distorted pic. but overall he would be better off experimenting with mouth widening appliances

never, if ur palate isn’t narrow marpe doesn’t always make someone look better, only if its like in the lower ideal range and u want higher ideal range, otherwise no, cant fix recessed maxilla without surgery
