What should I ask my doctor

I’m going to my pediatrician on Wednesday because I asked if he could prescribe me propranolol for social anxiety but there’s a lot more stuff I want to ask him about. This is what I have in my notes so far.

Septoplasty

Mse palate expander

Tongue tie



Overheating



Hyperhidrosis:

Glycopirrolate

Oxybutynin



Social Anxiety

Propranolol



Hyperthyroidism

Hashimotos

Graves’ disease


Gut health

I don’t think I’ll mention the tongue tie or Mse since that’s probably a thing to ask my dentist. I don’t know if I’m missing anything bc I wanna get some bloodwork done eventually but not rn since one reason I wanna get prop is so that I won’t freak out when I do get blood work since I’m terrified of needles but I care more abt knowing my hormone levels and sensitivities and stuff more than my fear of needles

Propanolol dosnt work I already tried it it just makes you not wanting to go to the toilet I got others solutions if you want to? And the doctor will think you're autist

I brougth propanolol without a prescription bc of tiktok it doesn't even change your behavior don't loose aura asking for propanolol tell him about your anxiety if you want to but everyone have it they just need to fall to the botom of the scale of their psycology, rare are those who dont you need to become friend with them they are sick in the head heres what I tried and works: alcohol vodka makes you the most nt, group of friend, crazy friend, experience, snus but you need to get used to keeping it 30minutes+ or else the effect doesn't last enough at the begining you can keep it 10s+ and then the effect is like 10min+, then the others thing I didn't try idk if it works, maxing out your looks, drugs, shrooms etc also you need to realize that nobody cares about you not even your mom so you shouldn't care about the others and do whatever you want

My thing isn’t even mental tho
All my stuff is physical which is why prop sounds good to me since it gets rid of the physical symptoms of anxiety
It might not have done anything for u bc u were expecting your mindset to change

Yeah but with or without it my stomach still hurt when I get anxious but try it if you want to it way work differently on you

In my country bulgaria you just need to go to pharmacy's and ask for it and pay without a prescription but half of the time they refuse they gave it to me on my 2 try

They can prescribe it off label which basically means that they’re allowed to prescribe it for anxiety since it can help with that even tho it’s technically not anxiety medication

In my original message I mentioned propranolol so he definitely knows but I mean if he thinks there’s something better I might do that
It’s just that I’ve done a lot of research and most doctors will prescribe u antidepressants which mess u up
