How can I stay healthy and lean and make sure I maximize my growth whilst going gym and playing sports

Don’t worry too much about it. You’re still in ongoing puberty. Don’t get too lean or it can fuck with your hormones. Best bet is to just be active (sports or whatever), and maybe lift weights a bit on the side (don’t go too hard though). Most importantly for growth during puberty is getting enough sleep. And make sure you don’t have any vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Also make sure to get enough unsaturated fats, as they play a big factor in hormonal processes. They help absorb fat-soluble vitamins and minerals which help testosterone production. So many young people (myself included when i was younger) fuck up their sleep by using their phones half the night on a school night. Sleep is IMPORTANT!

Dieting will fuck your hormones up, dnp is not recommended at this age anyways, hop on Clen and t3
