what should i be eating if im trying to he in a calorie surplus if im a skinny fuck?

You could either lean bulk which means trying to eat healthy carbs, fats, with shit tons of protein while working out heavily still but it would probably have to be made at home using more basic ingredients. This will ensure that as you gain weight you'll still look fit but I think this takes longer but I'm not sure. The other way is through dirty bulking which is how over 3/4 of this country is either overweight or obese.

No idea exactly what to eat because I'm in the same issue :feelsuhh:
 
Eat 3 normal meals a day and buy mass gainer. I use the Serious Mass massgainer from Optimum Nutrition. Buy the banana flavor or strawberry. Never buy chocolate.

When I was younger I used to buy normal Whey Protein but it doesn't have the calories you need to get bigger. The mass gainer I provided here has 1200 calories for 2 scoops (one serving) and you get 8 servings for the small package.

he can eat bland chicken and drink protein shakes to reach 200g of protein a day and eat whatever else he wants to get those calories in
you don't need to exclusively eat "clean" to be in a caloric surplus or build muscle, protein is all that matters and as long as you hit 200g or whatever amount you think you need you can eat other shit food it literally doesn't matter

no man bland chicken barely has calories and carbs. he needs a normal breakfast (bread with eggs and bacon). good lunch that can be whatever (i have good genetics so i can literally eat junkfood if i want) and a good dinner, but to up the calories to get into a surplus he needs massgainer. quit spreading misinformation
