I hope you’re bonesmashing correctly. Hitting yourself very hard with a hard object is stupid and will make the bones work hard but won’t have any type of physical change(Bigger Bone Mass, prominent zygos). The best thing to bonesmash with is your fist or a hammer or a mullet. That pretty much it . Fist is the best tho. When hitting you want to hit at a mid pace. You don’t have to follow a specific time just hit until you can’t anymore. Don’t hit to hard to the point to form black spots and skin tear.

dont bonesmash but if ur going to then js bonesmash with ur first ( not too hard to mess up ur skin ) before going out or recording a vid to have swollen zygos and put concealer if it looks like a bruise
