What should I buy first iso or tret?

Iso is usually for removing medium to severe acne, it clears up the active shit alot better. Tretinoin is good for scars and discoloring, iso will not remove scars.

I am on iso right now, dont think i have scars (atleast not very noticable ones), but if i do i will use tret after finishing

Products are in my experience bs, if u only got a few pimples, it should not be a big deal and will probably go away quickly.

Dont use iso, unless its necessary.

U can try and figure out the reason u broke out (diet, bad sleep, etc.)

I am on no sucrose for more then a year, it helped a lot, only sugar I eat is bananas when debloating, sleep everyday for atleast 6-7 hours, my test is pretty high I think, been lifting for 2 and a half years and I have amazing results but my acne just don't wanna go away completely and scars are still there, what are side effects of tret?

Tretinoin is a topical treatment whereas Accutane treats acne from the inside. Using Tretinoin will improve your collagen/skin texture, help diminish scarring/hyperpigmentation, and clear up breakouts faster, but it does not PREVENT breakouts.

As someone with skin that’s sensitive and scar prone, I wish I had done accutane a lot earlier. Tretinoin made my skin better but I still kept breaking out and scarring my skin further. If acne is a recurring problem for you, then run a cycle of Accutane and then use skincare/tretinoin for skin quality.

getting tret and retinol is pointless get tret cus its more bio avaliable. Retinol gets transformed into tret and goes all over the body vs using tret is more targeted to the face.
