Iso is usually for removing medium to severe acne, it clears up the active shit alot better. Tretinoin is good for scars and discoloring, iso will not remove scars.

getting tret and retinol is pointless get tret cus its more bio avaliable. Retinol gets transformed into tret and goes all over the body vs using tret is more targeted to the face.

dry skin, peeling, redness, all the usual retinoid stuff but harsher compared to retinol. results are great though
its newer and improved tretinoin.
