What should I buy from indiamart?

One of my family members just died (it's okay I didn't know the nigga), and I got some money. I want to spend like 200-300 usd on indiamart because I'm addicted to buying shit and I want dopamine.

I already have a years worth of Accutane, and I want to get some eplerenone and hctz to combat bloat from gear. Is there anything else you guys would recommend?

Oral minoxidil definitely crossed my mind, don't think I really need dut, var maybe but its commonly faked, pregab I also considered, already have propranolol prescribed, don't really know much about modafinil or tadalafil, and I might buy tret after my accutane is done.

Also, I'm not buying gear from Indian niggas. That's just a big no no for me personally. I will continue to buy my shit from the Chinese niggas at WWB.

Will def look into the first two, and tret post Accutane also seems like a good idea for spot treatment. Also I saw on TikTok that the oils aren't THAT bad, just commonly underdosed.
