I’m 16M 5”10 78kg not sure what my body fat percentage is I’ll upload a photo of my torso so you get a good idea.
My growth plates are forsure closed bc I’ve been the same height for over 3 and a half years.
Can anyone lmk what peps to buy for shit like losing fat quick?
(Was gonna hop on melatonin1 or 2 but apparently it increases risk of cancer)
