A real advice would be to never post your pics because something will happen to you theres a 20+ blackpilled nigga here cunning some shit what you should do is dont fall for any scam online or dont take any supplements avoid veggies and grains just drink raw milk its cheaper and has more vitamins and minerals and protein than any other supplements, dont use any skincare cuz the only thing you need is height thats it
