Def some improvement to be made i can help u some more if you PM me but there seems to be noticeable facial asymmetry either due to poor posture or possibly sphenoid misalignment as eyes ears and jaw are shifted to side. Acne can be fixed with skincare and waiting for puberty to finish. Eyebrows are pretty high-set due to Asian orbitals and right eye is slightly bigger than other however both eyes have at least +1-2 degree pct. chin is pretty recessed probably due to mouth breathing. pm me for more iyw but that's the most glaring issues u have rn aside from bloat and being young
